How to communicate about training in a more engaging way? The learning and development team at RBC asked us for help. We developed a playbook that included principles on how to communicate, advice on the best channels to use, and examples of emails, course descriptions, posters and more. And we facilitated an interactive learning session to teach these new guidelines.
