Annual membership

Participants
Davis & Company offers free membership access to current clients as a value. Prospects (not current clients) interested in accessing exclusive knowledge of our complete employee communication tips and resources can purchase a membership. We reserve the right to accept or deny requests for membership access based on the criteria to become a member. If you do not meet this criteria, we will refund your money.

Membership annual fee
The fee for each member is $1,475. This is for a single participant only. For group discounts, contact us at events@davisandco.com or call us at (201) 445-5100. The details of your membership will be accessible from your dashboard. This is an annual membership starting from the date payment is received. Membership features are only available while you are an active member. Membership features do not roll over into renewal. All membership redemption should occur while being active. For example, if you have one free workshop left and your membership expires, you will lose that free workshop unless you renew before the expiration date.

Payment policy
All membership fees must be received at the time of registration. You may pay by Visa, MasterCard or American Express. If you would like to pay by invoice, please contact us. Membership role will become active when payment is received.

Transferring membership
A company may substitute one participant for another at any time; please notify us as early as possible to transfer a membership to a different user.

Cancellation and refund policy for membership
You will have three days after the membership purchase date to request a full refund.  Cancellation received after the three days and up to 30 days will be responsible for 50% of the total membership amount. After 30 days, you will be responsible for the full membership amount. All cancellations must be done in writing. Please e-mail us at events@davisandco.com.

Cancellation and refund policy for membership web workshops
Each member will receive three web workshops for free. Once you register for your free workshop, you will have 48 hours prior to the workshop to cancel and request a refund for your free workshop credit. Registered attendees who do not attend and do not notify us 48 hours prior to the workshop will not get a credit refund for that workshop.

We reserve the right to determine if you meet the criteria to participate in any of our web workshops. If you do not meet this criteria, we will refund your money.

Registration fee
The fee for a single participant to attend one workshop is $199. For group discounts, contact us at events@davisandco.com or call us at (201) 445-5100. The workshop teleconferencing number and Adobe® Connect™ log-in information will be provided within three business days of your registration confirmation. Payment policy

If you cancel in writing more than three business days prior to the workshop, a 10% service fee will be charged. Registered attendees who do not attend or who cancel less than three business days prior to a workshop are responsible for the entire fee.

About Adobe® Connect™
Davis & Company uses Adobe Connect to deliver presentations and learning visually to participants in real-time. Much like a videoconference, the participant can see the contents of the presenter’s computer, and communicate with the presenter via a telephone conversation and online chat. Adobe Connect also includes a simple polling feature to get feedback from users. Meetings are recorded.

Books, e-books, workshops on demand

Refund policy
Books are eligible for a 30-day full refund. We do not refund the shipping costs. Upon receipt of the book, we will check the condition and provide a full refund. No refunds will be provided for digital purchases, such as e-books and workshops on demand.
