In an ideal world, your employee communication channels would work together in harmony to reach and engage employees. We help you make this a reality by analyzing your current internal communication vehicles and mapping out a system that meets the needs of every stakeholder.
Client example for New York Public Library
Redefining a communication system
The New York Public Library (NYPL), one of the nation’s largest public library systems with over 2,600 employees, wanted to boost employee engagement and build trust with leaders. While core channels provided a strong foundation, the communication team knew it was time to take its program to the next level. We conducted an audit of the Library’s internal communication practices, facilitated a workshop to refresh the system (how tools work together) and developed an employee communication plan for the year.
