Too often town halls are little more than top-down information dumps from senior leaders, leaving employees feeling overwhelmed and uninvolved. Alison was joined by two other veteran communicators Kimberly Sharp, Nasdaq Global Head of Internal Communications and Simon Ball, Nasdaq Global Head of Digital Media Solutions to share their insights on revitalizing town halls.
