Building a leadership culture
Consumer Reports, a non-profit organization that serves consumers through unbiased product testing and ratings, research, journalism, public education and advocacy, introduced a new competency model to instill a sense of leadership throughout the organization. To clarify exactly what employees were expected to do, we created an overview presentation and core graphic that walked them through the model, describing associated behaviors at every level.
