Making the move to internal social media
When Tyco, a multinational Security and Fire Safety company, needed a new way to communicate with employees, the company recruited us to engage employees and drive adoption. We built a launch plan, created communication content and facilitated interactive sessions. After the launch, we conducted follow-up focus groups with employees and offered advice on increasing participation.
