Led by one of our senior consultants—Alison Davis or David Pitre—our roundtables address your concerns and give you specific advice to achieve your objectives. And you not only get guidance from our consultant—other participants also join the conversation.

Here’s how the roundtable works:

  • You fill out the form indicating which roundtable you’re interested in and what challenges you face.
  • Next, we email you a calendar invitation with all the dial-in/log-in information to the roundtable.
  • At the roundtable, David or Alison facilitate a discussion about concerns raised by participants. We may notice some trends or challenges may be all over the map. Either way, we’ll have a lively, freewheeling conversation with as many ideas as we can pack into the time we spend together.

The result? You’ll receive tangible suggestions, while expanding your thinking about smart ways to approach internal communication.
