Using video to help employees understand a complex equity program
A global leader in marketing technology had this objective: build employees’ knowledge of its equity program. Because the company is not publicly traded, understanding stock options was challenging for most team members. We wrote a video storyboard using everyday language and humor to help employees understand the value of the program.
