Developing content to help managers communicate about pay changes
The HR team at Scholastic was introducing a new salary structure, and needed to help managers understand and support the changes. We developed a core presentation that clearly articulated why changes were being made and how employees would be impacted. It also explained managers’ key role to communicate with their direct reports: answering questions and encouraging buy-in.
