Creating an editorial board—a group of key stakeholders who are in the know about what’s happening at your company—is a great way to uncover fresh and compelling content from across your organization. To set your editorial board up for communication success, we’ll help you identify the right stakeholders, establish clear content guidelines and manage regular meetings to stay connected.
Developing a communicator’s network to manage information sharing across the company
At Embarq, the internal communication team wanted to create a consistent, employee-centric approach across the organization. We helped the team establish a communication network, a group of colleagues who were stakeholders in the communication process but didn’t report to members of the corporate communication team. We developed a charter that defined how members would collaborate to manage the flow of information across the organization.
