Reinventing an annual meeting

The Finance group at a biotechnology company wanted to enhance the employee experience at its annual All-Hands Meeting. We created an interactive agenda consisting of breakout sessions, games, giveaways and real-time event photos. We also developed post-meeting communication, including a survey to gauge employee satisfaction with the event.
