At Embarq, the internal communication team wanted to create a consistent, employee-centric approach across the organization. We helped the team establish a communication network, a group of colleagues who were stakeholders in the communication process but didn’t report to members of the corporate communication team. We developed a charter that defined how members would collaborate to manage the flow of information across the organization.
