That’s why we offer our members a special experience—virtual roundtable sessions.
Led by one of our senior consultants—Alison Davis or David Pitre—each roundtable brings together a group of smart communicators. After identifying participants' challenges, we then go deep to brainstorm both short- and long-term strategies. The result? You receive tangible suggestions, while expanding your thinking about smart ways to approach internal communication.
Here’s how the roundtable works:
- You fill out the form indicating which roundtable you’re interested in and the challenges you face.
- Next, we send you a calendar invitation with all the dial-in/log-in information to the roundtable.
- At the roundtable, David or Alison facilitate a discussion about concerns raised by participants. We may notice some trends or challenges may be all over the map. Either way, we’ll have a lively, freewheeling conversation with as many ideas as we can pack into the time we spend together.
