An envelope pusher by nature, Lily thinks outside the box to come up with creative solutions for clients. She leads project teams on communication planning and works with clients to set strategies that will drive success. Since joining Davis & Company in 2010, Lily has worked with clients such as, Avantor, Allianz Global Investors, General Mills and Tyco Electronics.
Lily holds a bachelor's degree in communication & public relations from Montclair State University.
What is the most satisfying or memorable project you’ve worked on?
We helped a global technology company with over 14,000 employees move from an intranet to Yammer as the new single platform for news and collaboration. Through a variety of tactics, we were able to engage employees in the new tool and increase membership from 1,688 to 13,000 in three months.
Who (or what) inspires you in your work?
People. I love learning from interesting, smart people.

Traveling.

The Alchemist.
What genre of music helps you do your best work?
Anything that gets me dancing in my seat.
What do you like to do on the weekends?
Go for long walks, explore new places, meet new people, see new things...and drink tequila.

Losing the people I love.

Ireland.
