Canadian Tire, a leading retailer in Canada with 1,700 retail and gasoline outlets, identified the need to improve the communications’ team writing skills. We developed a highly interactive workshop that provided best practices and hands-on experience in three topics: writing for online channels, creating compelling headlines and developing content for search.
