Designing a new channel to engage employees
Based on recent employee engagement data, a business unit within a global pharmaceutical company needed help to improve its results. We created a new forum—a monthly, in-person roundtable discussion—to foster a culture of collaboration. These small, informal meetings gave employees the chance to ask candid questions, and provided participants and leaders the opportunity to collaborate on solving problems.
