Work example for St. Edward’s University
Helping managers with their communication role
People managers at St. Edward’s University were facing many challenges—from supporting employees after recent layoffs prompted by the pandemic to managing hybrid teams (a mix of employees working remotely and on-site). Working with the HR and Communication teams, we created and facilitated a two-part, skill-building workshop designed to help people managers navigate their current reality and set them up for success.

Work example for Georgia-Pacific
Improving face-to-face communication for managers
Georgia-Pacific, one of the world's leading makers of tissue, pulp, paper, packaging and building products, needed to improve managers’ face-to-face communications skills. We developed a customized training program to enhance managers’ abilities. Here’s how we did it:
- Developed a training curriculum with best practices
- Created a participant workbook and facilitator guide
- Conducted train-the-trainer sessions so training could be implemented throughout the organization
