A global leader in business information created a robust wellness program to motivate employees to improve their health. The program offered three different incentive options, so the company needed to ensure employees understood how to participate. We created a cadenced communication plan to highlight one incentive at a time via various channels, including posters, email blasts and a designated microsite page.
