Helping scientists understand a new performance management system
Aventis, a global pharmaceutical company which is now part of Sanofi, launched a new career development program that enabled scientists to choose either a managerial or scientific-technical career path. To help employees understand how the new system would affect their roles, we facilitated learning sessions, provided managers with tools and created newsletters and guides.
