Developing a manager training program on ethics
BNY Mellon, an asset management and securities services company, needed to augment an annual training on compliance and ethics in a way that encouraged managers to have open communication with employees. The Corporate Communications team worked with Davis & Company to design a development program called Talking to Employees About Compliance & Ethics that used case studies to prepare managers for honest conversations.
