Creating a useful, appealing employee handbook

NII, a provider of mobile communication services in Latin America, wanted to update its old-fashioned, dense employee handbook. The goal? An easy-to-navigate guide that employees could access online. We collaborated with the HR and legal teams to develop a handbook that:

  • Appealed to employees with friendly images and language
  • Utilized a navigation panel so users could find info quickly
  • Could be accessed any time, any place on the web
  • Included quick tips, FAQs and links to more information
