Creating a digital guide to make dense information accessible
The legal team at NII Holdings Inc., a multinational provider of mobile services, wanted to refresh its Code of Business Conduct to increase employee understanding of key policies. We developed an interactive PDF, complete with navigation that makes content easy to find and tips and Q&As to highlight key information. The digital guide was hosted on NII’s intranet and linked to detailed policies.
