Communicating a leadership change to employees
Wyeth, a leading pharmaceutical company now part of Pfizer, decided to restructure its manufacturing operation into a new organization, Technical Operations & Product Supply (TO&PS), with a new leadership team. We helped the president of TO&PS and his direct reports communicate a new vision, strategy and organizational structure. Support included one-on-one coaching with new leaders, designing leadership summits for VPs and developing key messages to use across a variety of channels.
