About Debra Capua
Debra has designed and implemented strategic communications programs to support a range of business activities: transformation and change management, employee engagement, human resources and sustainability.
Prior to joining Davis & Company she was an independent consultant. Before that she worked for Avon Products and Philips, as well as several other multinational corporations.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and a master’s degree in English from St. John’s University, where she was an adjunct faculty member for 11 years.

What makes Davis & Company special?
When I think of what makes Davis & Company special, the first thing that comes to my mind is that we do great work and are very smart. In that same vein, I have always valued the opportunity here to continually learn new things.
What do you like to do on the weekends?
Cuddle with my two Yorkies.
What was your first job?
I sold peanuts at Shea Stadium.
