The employee benefits team at Wyeth, a leading pharmaceutical company now part of Pfizer, wanted to ensure employees were educated about open enrollment. The diverse workforce included manufacturing, sales, research and headquarters employees, so relying solely on electronic communication wouldn’t be effective.  We created a comprehensive approach to workplace communication channels, including large posters and digital signage displayed at such high-traffic areas as building entrances, cafeterias and meeting rooms.
