It's mid-year review time, and you need everyone to participate, despite the angst and stress they're feeling right now. How? Here are three ways to communicate so managers and employees take action:
Use visuals to illustrate the process. Creating a visual map of all the process steps (and who is responsible for each) is a great way to help people know what to expect.

Be clear about roles. Clearly articulate the role of both managers and employees so each knows what they are expected to do.

Provide FAQs. Address burning questions managers might have about the process or their role by providing them with frequently asked questions and answers. Most managers find this to be very helpful in preparing for their discussions.
