The Magic Board Facilitation Kit comes with everything you need to get started. Simply ask team members to jot their ideas on strips of paper, then stick them to the Magic Board. Team members can then add, remove, reorganize, group or move the papers as needed.

When you're done, you can take a photograph of the Magic Board and use it as a visual reminder of what the team decided.
