How to conduct web-based employee focus groups

Focus groups are an effective way to gather feedback about what employees think and believe. But with employees scattered around the world, you may dismiss focus groups because you think they take too long and are too expensive.

While it's true that face-to-face focus groups are the gold standard, it's also possible to conduct virtual or web-based focus groups. The benefits are simple: Web-based sessions save time and money. And they can increase the validity of your data by including the perspectives of employees you might typically overlook for face-to-face focus groups.

In this workshop, we will share examples and practical tips to help you gather useful qualitative information in a virtual setting.
