How to conduct employee focus groups-fast!

Focus groups are often dismissed as a way to gather employee input because they are viewed as too complicated, "It takes too much time and too many resources to conduct them." While it's true that a comprehensive focus group study requires significant planning, it is possible to use them quickly to get the data you need.

What do we mean when we say "fast"? In two to three days, you can test communication strategies, assess potential reaction to program changes or make the case for an idea you're presenting. The trick is to be specific about what you want to accomplish and understand how to get there.

This workshop will help you manage a quick focus group project by reviewing the steps you need to take. We'll share examples and tips to help you gather useful qualitative information—fast!
