But developing a crisis communication plan can be, quite frankly, a pain in the neck. The classic approach is very complicated and time-consuming. There are many stakeholders to consider (and involve). And the plan you worked so hard to create can quickly get stale, making it ineffective when a crisis hits.
The good news is that there's a better, simpler way to create a crisis communication plan, get buy-in and keep it current so that you're ready for anything. In this interactive workshop, you'll learn a new approach that's based on the discipline of disaster planning, which uses scenarios to focus on the situations you most need to address.
Workshop participants will get a chance to practice with a crisis communication plan template, and we'll run a drill (only a test) to demonstrate how the plan would be deployed when a crisis hits.
