Alison Davis is a pioneer in employee communications: Since she co-founded her firm in 1984, Alison has been at the forefront of helping clients reach, engage and motivate employees.

She is a popular speaker and has led sessions for a wide range of organizations, including the International Association of Business Communicators, the Arthur W. Page Society, The Conference Board, the Council of Communication Management and the Public Relations Society of America.

Alison is a former president of the Council of Communication Management, an organization of the top 300 corporate communication professionals in North America, and is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators.
