Alison Davis to present breakthrough approach for engaging employees in benefits at Association of Legal Administrators Conference

Glen Rock, N.J.—February 19, 2010 In today's information-overloaded workplace, HR professionals struggle to reach employees with critical communication about benefits and other HR issues. Recent studies show that only 35 percent of employees think benefits communication is effective. But there is a way to get employees' attention and encourage them to take action.

Alison Davis, company founder and frequent speaker on HR communication, will show HR professionals how to capture employees' interest with attention-getting messages at the Association of Legal Administrators Annual Conference beginning May 3 in Boston, Mass. The event is sponsored by the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA).

Davis' interactive session, "Communicating Benefits to Reach and Engage Employees" will help HR professionals understand the best ways to communicate with different segments of the workforce and use that insight to make benefits information simple, compelling and actionable. She will also discuss how and when to communicate the complete benefits package and ways to measure the effectiveness of messages.
