David Pitre presents a new approach to transform employee communication at IABC Heritage Region Conference

Glen Rock, N.J.—October 2, 2009 With budgets slashed and staff stretched, the pressure is on to manage increased demand and demonstrate the value of employee communication. It may feel as if these are obstacles to getting work done, but they really are an opportunity to rethink your approach and do things differently. David Pitre will help communicators re-imagine their employee communication programs at the IABC Heritage Region Annual Conference on October 19 in Cleveland, OH.

Pitre, Davis & Company vice president of Consulting Services, will lead a highly interactive, hands-on session, "Transforming Employee Communication to Improve Participation, Decrease Workload and Demonstrate Value." Participants will learn a new communication approach that engages employees so that they understand what's expected of them and are ready to take action. Pitre will also offer tools and techniques to rework communication to balance the needs of both employees and senior management.
