Alison Davis to show HR professionals how to capture employees' attention at SHRM 61st Annual Conference

Glen Rock, N.J.—May 26, 2009 Alison Davis will show HR professionals how to engage employees and get them to take action, in the face of reduced budgets and staff, at the 2009 Society for Human Resource Management's (SHRM) 61st Annual Conference & Exposition beginning June 28 in New Orleans.

Davis, company founder and frequent speaker on employee and human resources communication, will lead an interactive learning session, "Communicate despite the obstacles: Engage employees with efficient and effective communication." Davis will share six strategies for making communication about pay, benefits and other HR issues more compelling and actionable during tough economic times. She will also share real-life examples of successful HR communication and allow participants to share their challenges.
