Davis & Company takes top honors at NJ/IABC IRIS Awards for work with CIT and Wyeth


Glen Rock, NJ (April 7, 2009)—Davis & Company—the leader in employee communication—captured two IRIS Awards of Excellence at the 2008 NJ/IABC annual ceremony, held April 2 at the Basking Ridge (NJ) Country Club. Presented annually by the New Jersey chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators, the IRIS Awards recognize writing, design, use of media and the successful achievement of communication objectives.

Davis & Company and CIT captured the first Award of Excellence for an electronic vehicle that provides leaders and managers with the information they need to communicate with employees about key business decisions and issues. Davis & Company senior consultants David Pitre and Joe DeLuccia, along with CIT's Jodi Hutchison, accepted the award.

The second top award was presented to the firm for My 2008 Benefits, a brochure that educates Wyeth employees about their benefits. Davis & Company has been a strategic communications partner with Wyeth Benefits and HR Communication since 2004, resulting in more than a dozen communication and design awards over the past four years. Company consultants Matt Davis and Liz Kuhns, along with Wyeth's Susan Sullivan, accepted the award.
