Davis & Company welcomes two new employees to its award-winning team

Davis & Company, the leading consulting firm for employee and HR communications, recently expanded its Creative Services and Communication Consulting teams with two new staff members. The additions will help the growing firm better serve its Fortune 500 clients.

Diana Cortina joined Davis & Company as a graphic designer, reporting to creative director John Kidon. Immediately after starting her new position, Diana began redesigning Davis & Company’s new web site (www.davisandco.com). The new home page—which launched in January—highlights Diana’s Flash-based interactive design and strong visuals. In addition to redesigning Davis & Company’s site, Diana has designed print and electronic communications for BASF, L’Oreal, MasterCard, Merck and Wyeth. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Visual Communication from the Art Institute of Philadelphia and has worked for companies in New Jersey and Colombia.

Davis & Company also added project manager Liz Kuhns to its Client Services team. Liz reports to senior consultant David Pitre and supports employee communication projects for BASF, Ethicon, MasterCard and Prudential. She also provides strategic support for Merck, developing communications plans, writing articles and assisting with a web integration project. Liz is a graduate of Rutgers University with a master’s in Communication and Information Studies. Before joining Davis & Company, she was a Fellow with Johnson & Johnson’s Global Communications Department, helping support the company’s partnership with the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
