Our support team helps our consultants deliver top-notch service for our clients, helping them reach, engage and motivate employees. Here are some of our key staff members:


Lorraine Fabiano
Director of Finance

Lorraine manages all financial functions and provides high-level financial counsel to the firm.

Lorraine joined Davis & Company 10 years ago as Controller. Prior to Davis & Company, Lorraine spent eight years at Larry Tucker, Inc., a direct-mail advertising firm in Woodcliff Lake, N.J., and nine years at ASARCO, Inc., a precious metals company in New York City. Lorraine received her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from St. Francis College in Brooklyn, N.Y.

Cecilie Bulcha
Director of Marketing

Cecilie oversees all of Davis & Company’s marketing efforts, promoting our services, workshops and products to Fortune 500 clients and companies across North America. Cecilie also serves as coordinator/moderator for our web workshop series and manages Smart Tips, the award-winning e-newsletter for employee and HR communicators.

Prior to joining Davis & Company, Cecilie served as Marketing Director for a global information technology services organization. She has also held marketing communication roles at Ernst & Young, Mentor Graphics and AT&T Bell Labs.

Cecilie holds a bachelor’s degree in Magazine Journalism from Syracuse University and a master’s in Anthropology from the University of Connecticut. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering for a variety of organizations in her community.

Donna Marino
Office Manager/Marketing Coordinator

Donna oversees all aspects of office management at Davis & Company, including facilities, executive/client support, administrative personnel and the internship program. Additionally, she coordinates key company marketing efforts, such as publishing the award-winning e-newsletter Smart Tips, assisting with web workshops and managing direct-mail campaigns. Donna also supports our client service team with production assistance, editing, proofreading and coordination of special projects.

Prior to joining Davis & Company, Donna served as office manager for Effective Communications Group, where she was responsible for all office management functions as well as planning and marketing communication workshops. She has also worked as a Credit Administrator for Reckett Benckiser, a leading manufacturer of consumer products.

Donna is a graduate of Berkeley College’s Executive Secretarial program. She enjoys hiking in the Adirondacks.

Kimberly Cuffe
Administrative/Marketing Assistant

Kim supports the administration, marketing, and finance teams at Davis & Company. She helps manage office functions and provides project assistance for the employee communication firm’s Fortune 500 clients.

Prior to joining the company, Kim worked as a Bookkeeper/Marketing Assistant for National Display Marketing and served for 13 years as Marketing/Client Services Director for Larry Tucker, Inc., providing analytical and marketing support to clients. She began her career with Hilton Hotels in front office management.

Kim holds a bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Business Management from East Stroudsburg University.   She is the mother of three—a daughter and twin boys.
